WHAT IS THE BEST SIZE PEARL FOR EARRINGS?

The pearl earring is a classic piece of jewelry that every woman should have stashed in her jewelry box. The right pair of pearls can go anywhere and look absolutely perfect on any occasion.

As mentioned earlier in this article, the most popular pearl stud earring size is within the 7.0-8.0mm size range. with the 7.0-7.5mm Akoya Pearl Stud Earring being our highest selling and best loved size.

Really any pearl size ranging from 7.0mm through 9.5mm will fit nicely on the ear in a demure manner without being too heavy or falling forward on the lobe. 

For larger pearls measuring over 13.0mm, the pearls do tend to get a bit heavy. We recommend swapping over to some pretty Dangle Earring styles, which will prevent the pearls from falling forward or putting too much weight on the earlobe.
