You have a full 90 days to return an item from the date of purchase. Return must be received in "as new" condition. Damaged or heavily worn items may not be eligible for return.
Please ensure that all clasps and chains are carefully secured on their return trip. PurePearls.com is not responsible for damage incurred during transport; dented clasps and kinked chains may be deducted from the total refund amount.
PurePearls.com is also not responsible for lost jewelry if the items are improperly packaged during return shipments - please ensure that sharp metal components and boxes are bubble-wrapped or padded to prevent their loss during transport.
Custom and Special Orders are not Refundable or Returnable. Shipping protection, cleaning kits, warranty and/or protection plan upgrades are non-refundable.
As a courtesy to us, please do not write your RMA code on the inner white cardboard boxes in the event of a return.
It may take between 5-7 Business Days for a refund to be processed to your credit card.
Free Returns Policy does not apply to any original expedited shipping fee paid, except if/when there is a mechanical defect on our end, or at our discretion.
** Please note that we will only issue one (1) USPS Priority Mail return mailing label per order. Typically these will expire within 14 Business Days (double check with your postal provider if they'll accept an older label), so it's important to get your package in the mail quickly. We do not issue 2nd or 3rd return labels unless the customer has paid for them, $7.75 each.
