I just received the double strand of pearls I sent back to be lengthened. IT LOOKS GREAT!! Everything is perfect; my wife was very happy and that made me happy. | Just wanted to drop you a note to say that I've received my new 10-11 mm Freshwater Elite Dangle Earrings, and they are spectacular. The pearls are so perfectly round and smooth, and they glow like the moon. They are all the more special when one considers how long they must be nurtured in a mussel, given that they are solid nacre.
The best part of the whole experience, though, was having the pleasure to work with Ashley on the order. She was so helpful in looking through the stock of 10-11 mm and the 11-12 mm (out of stock) Elite pearls for me and giving excellent guidance and suggestions over the phone. This despite fielding many other calls and IMs that she received in a rush, all at the same time. I never felt that she gave me less than her full attention. She offered by far one of the best customer service that I have encountered.
I confess that I sometimes buy pearls from (another company), because I live 3 blocks from their offices and can visit and pick out my pearls in person.
However, my experience with Pure Pearls and Ashley was so outstanding that I now have much more confidence in buying "sight-unseen" from you - and there is the added benefits of no out-of-state sales tax, particularly for those larger-ticket items. I will certain be a repeat Pure Pearls customers.

I have just received my pearl order. I am delighted with my set, quite frankly I wasn’t prepared for anything as beautiful. My pearls has a peacock lustre, I don’t think I have ever seen that type of lustre here in Malta, That, as well as the price makes it a double bonus.
The customs here advised me to opt for priority post rather than courier because they would like such articles as jewellery to be insured. I’ll keep this in mind when I place my next order.
