Order Processing:
We strive to provide you with prompt, courteous service. Most items are sent out the same business day the item is ordered, unless the product is a special order. If the items are ordered on the weekend, the package will be mailed out on Monday. Same day shipping is available on all in-stock items ordered before 3pm CST (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for USPS Priority Mail shipping. With FedEx Overnight shipping, you can have your pearls in 24 hours. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

* Tax will only be assessed on products shipping to residents of Texas at a rate of 8.25%

Out of Stock Items:
If you place an order for an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. Our goal is to provide with the best quality of service, but there may be rare times when there is a slight wait on a particular product.

Pure Pearls will ship to any International country, EXCEPT under no circumstances will we ship to Nigeria, Indonesia, Romania, Russia, Turkmenistan, the Philippines , or any country in Asia due to the high frequency of credit card fraud.

We also now offer free shipping nationally and internationally on all orders over $75.00.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. A $6.50 shipping fee will be applied to all returned orders originally shipped out via our "free shipping" option.
